Turn everything you love about them into a one-of-a-kind jigsaw.

Upload a photo of the pet you'd like us to feature, tell us where they're happiest and what they would be doing there. We'll use those answers as creative inspiration for one personalised artwork. Love it and you can choose it straight away, or request one customer-directed change at no extra cost. Choose your favourite artwork and we'll turn it into your personalised 500-piece jigsaw.

Their likeness comes first. We use your uploaded photos as the visual reference for their face, colouring, markings and distinctive features, while creating the personalised world around them. A clear photo where we can see their face and distinctive features gives us the best starting point.

For the best likeness, use a clear photo where your pet’s face is easy to see. Try to avoid busy backgrounds, toys, furniture, people or other animals unless you want them included. If you want more than one pet in the artwork, make sure they are all clearly visible in the photo.

If you only have one good photo, that's absolutely fine — choose the clearest, well-lit image you have where the pet is easy to see.

Because this isn't simply a photograph printed onto a puzzle. Their favourite setting and the kind of thing they would be doing give us enough creative inspiration to make the artwork feel personal, while keeping the finished scene clear and enjoyable as a 500-piece jigsaw.

Your first personalised artwork is included. You can view it at full size and either choose it or request one customer-directed change at no extra cost.

If you request the free change, your original artwork stays safely available and you can choose either version.

Our personalised physical puzzle is 500 pieces and measures approximately 50 × 38 cm when completed. It’s designed to be enjoyable and engaging without feeling overwhelming — perfect as a personalised gift or a puzzle to enjoy together.

If you’re looking for something a little different, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to see what may be possible.

Yes. Once you’ve chosen your artwork, one of our team gives it a final check before it’s sent for production. If we spot anything that doesn’t look quite right, we’ll contact you before your jigsaw is made.

Your finished puzzle comes in its own presentation box featuring your chosen personalised artwork together with Jigsaw Tails branding. Inside, you'll also find an A4 reference print of your artwork to use while you piece your puzzle together.

Absolutely. You can create a Jigsaw Tail for someone else's pet using photos you have permission to use. Tell us where they're happiest and what they would be doing there, then choose the artwork you think they'll love. You can also add a handwritten gift card for £2.99, and no prices or paperwork are included in the parcel.

Yes. Once completed, your Jigsaw Tail can be preserved and framed so you can enjoy the artwork long after the final piece goes in. A puzzle conserver, suitable puzzle glue or another appropriate mounting method can help secure the completed pieces — follow the instructions for whichever product or method you use. You can then mount or frame the finished puzzle.

Check your chosen frame or mount dimensions carefully: the 500-piece puzzle is approximately 50 × 38 cm. A custom frame or mount may be required, and it is not guaranteed to fit a standard off-the-shelf frame.

Every Jigsaw Tail is made especially for your order. For UK orders, please allow up to 7 days for production and delivery. Your puzzle is sent using a tracked service.

UK tracked delivery is FREE.

Not just yet. Jigsaw Tails is currently available for UK delivery only. We're hoping to offer international delivery in the future.

Absolutely. You can use a favourite photo and tell us where they were happiest and what they would be doing there. We'll use those answers as creative inspiration for a personalised artwork that celebrates them as you remember them.

We use image-generation technology together with the photos, favourite setting and activity you provide to create your personalised artwork. The process is specifically designed around your pet's likeness and one clear chosen scene, with the finished image composed to work beautifully as a jigsaw.

Yes. You can buy your chosen personalised artwork as a digital download for £19.99.

If you’re ordering a physical Jigsaw Tails puzzle, you can add the digital version of your chosen artwork for £9.99.

Your digital artwork is supplied as a larger unwatermarked JPEG based on the final design you approved.

If your jigsaw arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, a photo showing the problem. We'll work with you to put it right in line with your consumer rights.
